41 bites, in one night!


Summer:- Jambo - that means hi.
last night i slept in a tent in the house.! BUT i got about 41 bites in 12 hours.
bites are caused by mosquito's and can cause malaria but we have pills to stop from having it


On Sunday  we saw  Mount Kilimanjaro, it was amazing. You could actually see the snow on top of it! It is Africa's highest mountain at 5,895m,that like 2,900 Mr Marshalls' ( my headteacher) standing on top of  each other!  Kwaheri  - Gooodbye. Please comment. Love Summer

    Summer I really enjoyed reading your blog, thank you. I hope that your bites are not too bad? Mount Kilimanjaro is amazing! I used to live in Kenya, so have seen the other side from you.

    Phil and I are in Italy. We can see a really high mountain from our cottage. It looks like a mans face lying down.

    Hi Summer, 41 bites sounds an awful lot, hope they aren't too painful any more. Were you sleeping in a tent for fun, or another reason. I guess you now appreciate your mosquito net a bit more!
    The photo of Kilimanjaro is beautiful. It's strange that you're in Africa, and it's really hot, but there is snow on the top of the moutains.
